If you are insulted because of the name of Christ

1 Peter 4:14 If you are insulted because of the name of Christ, you are blessed, for the Spirit of glory and of God rests on you.  1Pe 2:20  For what glory is it, if, when ye be buffeted for your faults, ye shall take it patiently? but if, when ye do well, and suffer for it, ye take it patiently, this is acceptable with God. 1Pe 3:14 But and if ye suffer for righteousness' sake, happy are ye: and be not afraid of their terror, neither be troubled; 1Pe 3:16  Having a good conscience; that, whereas they speak evil of you, as of evildoers, they may be ashamed that falsely accuse your good conversation in Christ.
1Ki 10:8 Happy are thy men, happy are these thy servants, which stand continually before thee, and that hear thy wisdom. Jas 5:11 Behold, we count them happy which endure. Ye have heard of the patience of Job, and have seen the end of the Lord; that the Lord is very pitiful, and of tender mercy. 1Pe 2:12 Having your conversation honest among the Gentiles: that, whereas they speak against you as evildoers, they may by your good works, which they shall behold, glorify God in the day of visitation. Mat 5:16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven. 2Th 1:12 That the name of our Lord Jesus Christ may be glorified in you, and ye in him, according to the grace of our God and the Lord Jesus Christ.

Fat:
The persecuted church is the strongest church, it's the same with man.

macuser:
Put yourself deep in these verses because the time for Christian persecution is quickly coming, as we can see here in America just over the last few years. Remember to help your weak brother in these times for the pressure on him will be even more than what you will experience.

Hal:
A lot of churches are giving way to persecution and becoming weak in their biblical teachings, giving in to political correctness and outside pressure.
