Impart to me, heavenly Father, I pray, a self-forgetful spirit, that I may be more anxious to give than to receive, more eager to understand than to be understood, more thoughtful of others, more forgetful of myself.
May your Word be increasingly precious to me, O Lord; and in your words may I ever hear the Word. Beholding your face in this mirror, may I become changed.
