I like the way John MacArthur prepares his sermons, thoroughly researching the Scriptures.
It seems to me that when MacArthur is preaching in a lot of these clips on his website, he appears to be preaching to other ministers of some kind or another. Maybe they are just the church leaders, Bible study leaders, or Sunday school teachers, but he always seems to be talking to them like they are fellow ministers. This may be the reason why he so meticulous and supporting his views on the Scriptures.
