Not always.
A person may want to run in fear but choses to stand for The Lord.
At the time of the mark of the beast, to refuse the mark is an action that will be judged as righteous.

If the scriptures were not sufficient enough to inform us that which is required for the eventual acquisition of salvation, then it would not be worth the paper it is written on. However this is precisely the point, reading the scriptures for themselves will not bring salvation to anyone. It is not the reading of the Bible, but the application through insight and understanding which is prime factor.

"Acquire wisdom, but with all that you acquire, acquire understanding." (Proverbs 4:7)

Here then is the 'key' which will open the door to that which you seek. The Bible does indeed contain all hat we need to know concerning God's will and purpose for not only the human race; but the whole of creation. In the scriptures from Genesis to Revelation he has informed us as to why we are all imperfect today and the means by which this curse of imperfection will be lifted at the appointed time to bring about globally all that was originally intended in Eden. In other words, salvation of an intended perfect human race.

Because of the iniquity of Satan, resulting in Adam's transgression; Jesus the anointed and his heavenly anointed 'little flock' are actually an addition to God's original plan for both the human race and the whole of creation.

All of this and more, is contained in scripture; it is therefore only a matter of reading with insight and understanding to glean from the pages of the Bible how this is already unfolding as we near the end of the last generation of this present world order.

Yes it is all there, the scriptures are sufficient.
