Title: Did Christ structure the Church to cater to un-believers?

John MacArthur brings up a fundamental question in the design of Christ's Church. Should the church be a church that unbelievers want to join, or should unbelievers say that group is not for me?

Christ will grow His church. Keep the doors open to all but limit membership to believers. Do not cater to those who are not with Christ.

I have never been a fan of the seeker friendly church (as describe by Rick Warren). The church should be open to all, but not as a place of entertainment.
