A PRAYER

O King of Love, let the leaves of the Tree of Life bring healing, and let your peace settle down on my harassed life like the evening calm. Minister nourishment to the weak and comfort to those who have failed. Temper the joy of success with the humility which attributes all glory and honor to your sufficient grace.
Lord God Almighty, how shall I ever sufficiently thank you for adopting me into your family and making me one of your children? You have taught me to know you, pray to you, and love you. You are my shield and my great reward. Bless me, and fill me evermore with the Spirit of your Son.
