A Prayer By F. B. MEYER
« on: March 10, 2020, 05:56:19 pm »
Give me, most gracious Lord, singleness of heart, that in every word, thought, and deed I may put you first and in all humility and earnestness seek to serve you, and you only. Impart to me, heavenly Father, I pray, a self-forgetful spirit, that I may be more anxious to give than to receive, more eager to understand than to be understood, more thoughtful of others, more forgetful of myself. Teach me when to speak and when to be silent; when to act and when to refrain from action; and in all the details of daily life, to do your will on earth as it is done in heaven.
