Prophecy of whom?

Recently I read that Biblical Prophets used words of each other instead of receiving from God. I felt odd that Jeremiah remodeled Isaiah’s prophecies & presented them in his book.

I’ll do you even better, Christ quotes the prophets many times throughout the New Testament. He also verified the Old Testament to be the word of His Father.

Is quoting Gods word somehow not quoting God?

Any possibility the G-d gave the same message to all his people?
