For this reason I also suffer these things, but I am not ashamed ; for I know whom I have believed and I am convinced that He is able to guard what I have entrusted to Him until that day. (2 Tim. 1:12 )
Now to Him who is able to do far more abundantly beyond all that we ask or think, according to the power that works within us,. (Eph. 3:20 )
And God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that always having all sufficiency in everything, you may have an abundance for every good deed ; (2 Cor. 9:8 )
For since He Himself was tempted in that which He has suffered, He is able to come to the aid of those who are tempted. (Heb. 2:18 )
Therefore He is able also to save forever those who draw near to God through Him, since He always lives to make intercession for them.(Heb. 7:25 )
Now to Him who is able to keep you from stumbling, and to make you stand in the presence of His glory blameless with great joy,(Jude 24 )
who will transform the body of our humble state into conformity with the body of His glory, by the exertion of the power that He has even to subject all things to Himself. (Phil. 3:21 )
When He entered the house, the blind men came up to Him, and Jesus said to them, "Do you believe that I am able to do this ?" They said to Him, "Yes, Lord." 29 Then He touched their eyes, saying, "It shall be done to you according to your faith." (Matt. 9:28, 29 )

Not all testing of faith is instantaneous like the blind man. Your faith maybe tested all the way till the end of you time on earth.
Faith is the basis of salvation.

Our lack of faith will affect our work.
