PURSUE RIGHTEOUSNESS

See that no one repays another with evil for evil, but always seek after that which is good for one another and for all people. (1 Thes. 5:15)

So he sent his brothers away, and as they departed, he said to them, "Do not quarrel on the journey." (Genesis 45:24)

So then we pursue the things which make for peace and the building up of one another. (Romans 14:19)

Pursue peace with all men, and the sanctification without which no one will see the Lord. (Hebrews 12:14)

For you have been called for this purpose, since Christ also suffered for you, leaving you an example for you to follow in His steps,  WHO COMMITTED NO SIN, NOR WAS ANY DECEIT FOUND IN HIS MOUTH;  and while being reviled, He did not revile in return; while suffering, He uttered no threats, but kept entrusting Himself to Him who judges righteously; (1 Pet. 2:21-23 )

"But love your enemies, and do good, and lend, expecting nothing in return; and your reward will be great, and you will be sons of the Most High; for He Himself is kind to ungrateful and evil men. (Luke 6:35)

For consider Him who has endured such hostility by sinners against Himself, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart. (Heb. 12:3 )

so that you would walk in a manner worthy of the God who calls you into His own kingdom and glory. (1 Thessalonians 2:12 )

Therefore, since we have so great a cloud of witnesses surrounding us, let us also lay aside every encumbrance and the sin which so easily entangles us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us,  fixing our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of faith, who for the joy set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. (Heb. 12:1, 2 )

And those who repay evil for good, They oppose me, because I follow what is good. (Psalms 38:20)

But flee from these things, you man of God, and pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, perseverance and gentleness. (1 Timothy 6:11)

Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, dwell on these things. (Phil. 4:8 )

Beloved, do not imitate what is evil, but what is good. The one who does good is of God; the one who does evil has not seen God. (3 John 1:11)
