I am going to make an assumption here so please correct me if I am off. You believe that the Elect are reconciled with God before they are born at the Cross, but being that they have not yet repented they are not born again or as it is commonly called saved, is this correct?

If this assumption is correct my answer is yes if I am incorrect my answer is no.

Now, I ask you ! Does not Rom 5:10 teach that those Christ died for have been [past tense] reconciled to God, while they are enemies . That means of course enemies in their minds as Per Col 1:21

And you, that were sometime alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now hath he reconciled
